Full payment must be completed within the stipulated time scheduled to secure the reserved space.

Once payment is made, there will be no refund under any circumstances. In case of event cancellation, the rescheduling of the event date will be fixed at a later date.
2. Additional Charges
Any special requests for additional booth space, equipment, or services will be billed separately and must be paid in full before 60 days of the event.
Last-minute changes or upgrades will never be considered and, under any circumstances, will not be provided.
3. Non-Compliance
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of the booth or sponsorship package without prior notice.
4. Termination Policy
Termination by Organizers
Non-Payment: Failure to adhere to the payment schedule as outlined in the Payment Policy.
Breach of Rules: Violation of the terms and conditions stated in the exhibitor or sponsor agreement.
Inappropriate Conduct: Engagement in racial and religious discussion, unethical, illegal, or unprofessional behavior during the expo or in any related activities.
Misrepresentation: Display of unauthorized, prohibited, or misrepresented products or services that are not pre-approved by the organizers.
Damage to Property: Causing damage to the venue, facilities, or other participants’ property.
If terminated under any of these conditions, the exhibitor or sponsor will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
Force Majeure Termination In case of event cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.
The organizers will decide a convenient date for the expo.
Exhibitors and sponsors may choose to transfer their participation to the rescheduled event.
5. Safety and Security Manager
The IBFE appoints a dedicated Safety and Security Manager responsible for overseeing all safety and security protocols to be followed by sponsors, exhibitors, and visitors of all categories.
This manager holds full authority to enforce compliance and has the right to remove anyone and their stalls from the expo found violating protocols or failing to adhere to IBFE regulations.
6. Visitors Food Policy
Visitors are prohibited from bringing outside food and beverages into the expo premises to maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of all attendees.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at designated stalls within the expo, offering a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs.
The organizers reserve the right to inspect and restrict any food items brought into the venue.
The organizers will not be held liable for any health issues arising from the consumption of food or beverages at the expo. It is the individual’s responsibility to make informed choices based on their personal health and any prevailing medical conditions.
